    9. Cancellation Policy

    1. High season and special dates

    For the purposes of this policy, high season refers to the period from 1 June to 30 September. Special dates are those expressly indicated in the offer or during the booking process.

    2. Confirmed booking

    A booking is considered confirmed when at least 30% of the total stay has been paid, excluding additional payments such as supplements, fees or similar charges.

    3. How to request a cancellation

    Cancellations must be requested by email and/or WhatsApp, using the same email address or phone number provided in the booking. The request must include:

    • Booking identification details.
    • Bank account number (IBAN) for the refund where applicable.

    4. Cancellation conditions for high season / special dates

    Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid as confirmation:

    1. Up to 2 months before the arrival date:

      • Free cancellation.
      • Refund of 100%.

    2. Between 2 months and 1 month before arrival:

      • Refund of 80%.
